These terms govern the SMS/text messaging program operated by Garrett Gutermuth, REALTOR®, of Cressy & Everett Real Estate ("Gutermuth Homes," "we," "us").
Program description
When you request a home-value strategy through our website form and provide your mobile number with consent, we send you text messages related to that request — acknowledging it, asking about your property and the best time to reach you, sharing a value range, and helping schedule a call.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the consent box and submitting your phone number on our form at gutermuthhomes.com. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We never buy, rent, or share your number.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. These are primarily one-to-one, conversational messages.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages.
Opt out and help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
