Single-Family Lot fences need prior ACC approval: maximum five feet, no wood, chain link or wire mesh; aluminum or vinyl only. No fencing on Townhome lots.
Mini barns, outdoor storage buildings or boxes and storage pods are prohibited; no detached buildings or structures are allowed on Single Family Lots, none added on Townhome lots.
